Lighthorne Neighbourhood Plan

Lighthorne Parish Council is proposing a Neighbourhood Plan, supported by volunteers, to enhance planning authority and obtain a higher percentage of Community Infrastructure Levy from developers. A parish-wide online survey will be available throughout September 2026, allowing residents to provide input. Printed copies will be accessible upon request.

Primary healthcare at Upper Lighthorne
